I visited Ooty and stayed here in 2019 and my friend visited recently to Lakshmi Holiday inn. You guys have kept properties in great condition then and now too. Keep up the great services. All the Best.

Rooms are good , equipped with kettle , water bottle, water heater and a dental kit is provided. Bathrooms are slippery. Majority of rooms don't have any view. Only good view you get is outside reception where there is grass lawn and a place to have tea and snacks fob where you can see the tea plantations. Overall an excellent stay with good food and room service. Kids enjoyed playing archery, basketball, badminton, chess abs carom.

Visited the place to get an idea .. it’s more a commercial property and less of a homely place .. ambience is just average .. Can’t say the nature around the area is beautiful. But food is good at the restaurant. I won’t recommend it , if a better place to stay is available

This resort is located very near to tea plantations and has breathtaking views. You could get to see views from your rooms itself and you would enjoy the lush greenery from the hotel restaurant. You will get complimentary breakfast and it was very good. Don't expect AC or fans in the rooms as that place would always be cold enough. You might require a heater though. Don't miss the mesmerizing views in the mornings as it will be covered with clouds and fog. You can go for it if you are a green panther.

Went there to dine. Beautiful ambience. Cost restaurant. Food will take time to come post order. Going for a relaxed lunch or dinner will be ideal. Food was ok and not very great. But worth a try to experience the scenery from the property and a quiet place to catch up with friends. Look forward to check out the rooms.

A great place to stay . The property is well maintained and sanitised. This place has a view of the greenery when you wake up on your vacation. Kids friendly . They serve very good vegetarian food . Manager Xavier is so customer oriented and is proactively helpful in guiding his customers. He ensures his clients are first . Chef Prabhu cooks awesome food

Went to the restaurant. They have got a nice location and infrastructure. The restaurant food menu and service can't be called too good. They did not have much options at the time when we went, around 2PM on a sunday. But was ok.

Beautiful and hidden gem of Kotagiri! Rooms are clean, comfortable and well maintained. The entire property has a whimsical, quaint look and feel! Need to book directly with them, instead of booking websites. Overall, it was a great stay!
